Drunken Crock Pot Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 lb 
    Beef Pot Roast, raw
  • 21 oz 
    Canned Onion Soup
  • 16 oz 
    Beer
  • 2 oz 
    Whiskey
  • 2 cube 
    Cubed Beef Broth

Directions

1. Place roast in a roasting pan and braise at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in an oven for 1 hour. Remove.

2. Add all ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.

3. Suggested to serve with mashed potatoes.
