1/4 tspCinnamon

1/4 cupSoy Milk

2 tblsOrange Juice

1 tblsCorn Oil

1 tblsPowdered Sugar

1 cupMaple Syrup
Directions
1. Preheat pancake griddle on medium heat. Slice bread on an angle about 1" thick.2. Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, soy milk, and orange juice in a medium bowl and blend well.
3. Pour 1 tbs. vegetable oil onto the hot griddle. Dip bread slices into batter and place on the griddle.
4. Cook 2 minutes per side or until sides are browned.
5. Remove from griddle and dust french toast with confectioners` sugar for garnish.
6. Serve with warmed maple syrup.
